The PBC went head to head against players from Bank of Commerce last Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Powersmash, Pasong Tamo. When the dust had settled, our players emerged: tired but triumphant.

The games were very well played, usually with only one or two points determining the outcome of a match. Although Bank of Commerce dominated the Men's Doubles category by winning five out of seven levels; we racked up the medals in the
Women's Doubles and the Mixed Doubles categories.

At the end of the day, medals were given to the level champions, a runner-up trophy was given to Bank of Commerce, and we were awarded the championship trophy. In spite of the intense competition throughout the day, it was evident that both teams had fun and respected each other's badminton skills. This could be seen in the player's smiles, handshakes, and words of appreciation for a day well spent and games well player.
